This looks delish Luanne and I will def. try it! I just had something very similar: Multi grain deli flat, 1/4 C eggbeaters. tomatos, onions, mushrooms,baby spinach and 4 pieces of pepperoni diced really small. Sauteed all together and a slice of low fat cheddar. Very filling, tastes great and only 5 pts!
